Her career working for one of Mississippi’s most established real estate investment and development firms afforded her the experience and opportunities needed to tap into the most sought after real estate markets in Mississippi, Alabama, Louisiana, and Florida. Jessica’s knowledge of mortgage lending in residential and commercial real estate, has helped to put her clients’ minds at ease when beginning new real estate transactions. She has a great knack for paying close attention to detail and pride’s herself in being a highly organized individual. Jessica demonstrates professionalism in every business transaction she procures, while helping her clients stay relaxed and focused at the same time. Growing up Jessica’s father instilled into her three important skills for dealing with individuals and circumstances in life and they are “Think FIRST, Speak LESS, Always LISTEN!” Jessica strives to employ these skills in every situation in life. She works diligently to find real estate that meets the needs of her clients as well as working to find properties that will fit their individual desires. It is her goal that every person she works with will experience ease when pursuing their real estate investment goals.
Jessica is married to Nix-Tann agent, Drew Evans. She and her husband Drew are active members of First Baptist Church of Fannin where they attend with their four (4) children, Kayla, Cruz, Bennett, and Jett. Serving others is not always easy, but it is always honorable and keeps you humble. Jessica strives to live as the Proverbs 31 woman, a life conviction she has learned from her mother throughout life, and in doing so has teamed up with her husband Drew to form “Team Evans” as they work to meet the real estate investment needs of the people in their community and abroad.
